| "Me and my family were in Hong Kong from 12th March 2011 until 16th March 2011. We stayed in Nathan Hotel. On the 13th March we book a half day Hong Kong tour with your company arranged by your tour consultant located in Nathan Hotel office by the name of Ms. Iris Lau. Ms. Iris Lau was a very nice lady. Very helpful and very informative. She helped us on our Disney trip the next day too. She was the most helpful person on earth I've ever met. Splendid is very lucky to have a staff like her. She should be recognised and rewarded for her excellent customer service to all of us. The half day Hong Kong trip to the Peak and the Sampan ride was a memorable and enjoyable trip too. We ere guided by your tour guide by the name of Ms. Terry. She is very funny and friendly. Thumbs up to Splendid for having such a customer centric staff. Due to all the wonderful experience me and my family had with Splendid staff, I have already recommended Splendid Tours and Travel to 2 groups of friends of mine who are going to Hong Kong in April and July 2011. "We have recently return from HK after a very pleasant stay. The purpose of this email is to compliment you on your staff. We went on a tour of Macau booked by a lady Elaine Man. We had quite a bit of contact with this lady as she was located at the hotel we stayed. The information she supplied to us during our stay was first class. The gentleman by the name of Cisco who led the Macau tour was outstanding in his knowledge of Macau. We also booked a racing tour through Elaine to Happy Valley the lady who took this tour was extremely helpful and informative. So to say the least we were very impressed not only by the quality of these people but the warmth they showed to us. You should be very proud of these frontline representatives of your company. Please pass on our thanks to these people for making our stay more memorable. In passing we also booked another tour to Sha Tin for the Chinese New Year races with another tour company but there was no comparison between your and their company.
